Thought Ignite ("we", "us") provides live online preparation for IELTS, PTE Core and CELPIP. This policy covers the website at thoughtignite.com and how we handle information when you visit it or contact us.

• Information you give us directly — if you message us on WhatsApp or email, we see whatever you choose to share (your name, contact details, and the content of your message).
• Usage data — like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location and device type, and similar aggregate data). This does not identify you personally.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies set by Google Analytics, and only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set. How we use information

We use the information you send us to respond to your questions and, if you enrol, to deliver the program (sessions are held live over Google Meet). We use analytics data only to understand and improve how the website is used.

• WhatsApp Business — for click-to-chat messaging.
• Google Analytics — for website usage statistics.
• Google Meet — for live session delivery.
